Abstract: The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition applicator comprising a urethane foam obtained by foaming a polyurethane, wherein the urethane foam has a structure comprising a membrane structure and a net structure. According to the present invention, the cosmetic composition applicator has improved transfer ability due to the simple absorption and discharge of a cosmetic composition and, simultaneously, can smoothly apply a cosmetic composition to the skin without caking.
