Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for welding Fe—Al intermetallic compound microporous material and a welded part made thereby, and the present invention relates to the field of welding technology. For the problem in the prior art that there is great difficulty in welding between Fe—Al microporous material and dense stainless steel, the method for welding Fe—Al intermetallic compound microporous material, in accordance with the present invention, comprises the following steps: turning on “welding torch fuel-gas” of a fusion-welding machine, and turning on welding shielding gas in a shield; adjusting welding parameters of the welding machine and parameter of the welding shielding gas in the shield for a fusion welding process; switching on the welding machine, and using welding wire as welding filler for welding Fe—Al intermetallic compound microporous material to dense stainless steel; and, cooling after completion of the welding.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a Fe—Al intermetallic compound filter element and a preparation method thereof, which relates to the field of powder metallurgy and filtration technology. In view of the drawback in the prior art that using a fiber felt as a filtration layer reduces stability and reliability of a filter, the present invention provides an Fe—Al intermetallic compound filter element, which comprises: at least two filter-element parts, and a rebar connecting the at least two filter-element parts transversely by means of welding, wherein, the filter-element parts each comprises at least two segments of Fe—Al intermetallic compound filter-element powder tube and a connector connecting the at least two segments of Fe—Al intermetallic compound filter-element powder tube end-to-end by means of welding; and wherein, the at least two segments of Fe—Al intermetallic compound filter-element powder tube each comprises a substrate framework and a surface filtration membrane.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a Fe—Al-based metal membrane and preparation method thereof, which relate to the technical field concerning gas-solid separation under high-temperature, low-pressure working conditions, and mainly address the defects of conventional metal filter elements in the prior art such as high filtration resistance and low flux under low-pressure working environments. The preparation method of the present invention comprises the steps of: stirring and defoaming a mixture composed of a Fe—Al-based metal powder and an organic-additive-added water-based solvent, thus obtaining a cast slurry; casting a uniform membrane layer on a metal substrate layer having a required thickness on a casting machine, and performing drying treatment on it, thus obtaining a membrane green body; and, placing the dried membrane green body in a sintering furnace for degreasing, sintering, and alloy phase ordering treatments, respectively, thus obtain a prepared Fe—Al-based metal membrane.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a Fe—Al-based metal porous membrane and a preparation method thereof, which relate to the technical field of industrial gas-solid and liquid-solid separation and purification, and mainly address problems in the prior art, such as cracking-prone and peeling of a membrane layer of an existing Fe—Al-based metal porous membrane during its preparation and use. The preparation method of the present invention comprises the steps of: adding a Fe—Al-based metal powder and a metal fiber powder into an organic-additive-added water-based solvent, and mixing them into a slurry; casting the slurry, through a casting machine, to form a membrane green body on a metal substrate layer, and letting it dry; and placing the dried membrane green body in a sintering furnace, to remove organic substances and perform high-temperature sintering and predetermined-temperature reaction synthesis.
