Abstract: A touch display device including a display panel and a touch device is provided. The display panel includes a plurality of sub-pixels. Each of the sub-pixels includes a pixel electrode and a switching element. The touch device is located on the display panel and includes a touch electrode area and a dummy electrode area. The touch device includes an electrode structure and a conductive mesh. The conductive mesh includes a plurality of reticulated repeating units. Each of the reticulated repeating units is overlapped with at least one corresponding sub-pixel and includes first and second X-shaped conductive structures. Two ends of the first X-shaped conductive structure are connected to two ends of the second X-shaped conductive structure. The first and second X-shaped conductive structures in the touch electrode area are in a continuous pattern. The first and second X-shaped conductive structures in the dummy electrode area are in a discontinuous pattern.

Abstract: A touch display device including scan lines, data lines, metal common lines, pixel sets, a common electrode layer, light-shielding patterns and touch electrode patterns is provided. Each metal common line is located between two adjacent scan lines. Each pixel set is located between two adjacent metal common lines. The common electrode layer includes common electrode portions disposed corresponding to the metal common lines. A vertical projection of each metal common line is completely located within a vertical projection of the corresponding common electrode portion. The light-shielding patterns are disposed corresponding to the metal common lines, and a vertical projection of each metal common line and the scan lines adjacent thereto is completely located within a vertical projection of the corresponding light-shielding pattern. The touch electrode patterns are disposed corresponding to the metal common lines, and a vertical projection of each touch electrode pattern is completely located within a vertical projection of the corresponding common electrode portion.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a touch panel includes the following steps. A plurality of first sensing electrodes and a plurality of second sensing electrodes are formed on the first substrate. A first insulator layer is formed to cover the first sensing electrodes and the second sensing electrodes. Holes are formed in the first insulator layer, in which a portion of the first sensing electrodes is exposed through the holes. A conductive layer is formed on the first insulator layer and in the holes. The conductive layer is patterned to form a bridge electrode and a shield electrode. The bridge electrode is electrically connected to the first sensing electrodes through the holes. A vertical projection of the shield electrode on the first substrate at least overlaps with a vertical projection of at least one of the first sensing electrodes and the second sensing electrodes on the first substrate.

Abstract: A touch display device including a display panel and a touch device is provided. The display panel includes a plurality of sub-pixels. Abstract: A touch display device includes a display panel and an electrode layer. The display panel includes a plurality of sub-pixels. Abstract: A touch display panel including a display panel and a touch electrode layer is provided. The display panel has a display region and a peripheral region. The touch electrode layer includes a non-edge unit region and an edge unit region, wherein the vertical projection of the non-edge unit region is completely located within the vertical projection of the display region, the vertical projection of the edge unit region overlaps the vertical projections of the display region and the peripheral region, and the size of the edge unit region is greater than the size of the non-edge unit region. Abstract: A method of fabricating a touch panel is provided. A substrate having a touch-sensing region and a peripheral region is provided. A touch-sensing circuit layer including first sensing series, and second meshed metal sensing pads is formed on the touch-sensing region of the substrate. An insulating layer having first contact windows is formed on the substrate to cover the touch-sensing circuit layer. The first contact windows expose a portion of the second meshed metal sensing pads. A plurality of second transparent bridge lines are formed on the insulating layer located in the touch-sensing region. Each second transparent bridge line is electrically connected to two adjacent second meshed metal sensing pads through two first contact windows. The second transparent bridge lines completely cover the portion of the second meshed metal sensing pads exposed by the first contact windows.
