摘要: According to an example, with respect to adverse information based ontology reinforcement, adverse information related to a product or a process may be ascertained and analyzed to further identify and ascertain a relevant ontology of a plurality of ontologies. A determination may be made as to whether the adverse information is present in the ascertained ontology, and if not, the adverse information may be integrated into the ascertained ontology to generate an updated ontology. Similar existing information corresponding to the ascertained adverse information may be identified in the updated ontology to determine an inconsistency between the identified similar existing information and the ascertained adverse information. The determined inconsistency may be used to modify the updated ontology to generate a reinforced ontology.

摘要: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for a conversation monitoring system. In one aspect, a method includes receiving a conversation stream generated from a conversation between a user of a platform and a current robotic agent, where the current robotic agent is one of a plurality of robotic agents servicing the platform; processing the conversation stream to identify characteristics of the conversation; extracting a conversation knowledge graph that includes a plurality of first nodes that each correspond a concept discussed in the conversation; identifying a state change in the conversation from the identified characteristics of the conversation; merging the conversation knowledge graph with a domain knowledge graph into a merged knowledge graph; and replacing the current robotic agent with a replacement robotic agent from the robotic agents, the replacement robotic agent selected based on the percentage matching value of the merged knowledge graph.

摘要: According to an example, with respect to software product development defect and issue prediction and diagnosis, worker profile information and worker state information for a plurality of workers involved in development of a product may be ascertained. A general worker signature that includes a plurality of clusters for all of the plurality of workers may be generated. For each of the plurality of workers, an individual worker signature vector that represents at least one cluster of the plurality of clusters that an individual worker is aligned to may be generated. A product signature vector may be generated based on product state information. Further, an output that includes an explanation for a defect associated with the development of the product may be generated based on a neural network model based analysis of the individual worker signature vectors and the product signature vector over a temporal dimension.

摘要: A device may determine an association between a second set of parameters and a third set of parameters using a pseudoinversion network and a multiple regression procedure. The device may determine semantic embeddings based on a set of semantic descriptions of the second set of parameters. The device may determine a semantic similarity between parameters of the second set of parameters based on the semantic embeddings. The device may determine a consistency error based on the semantic similarity. The device may generate, using a regression-based learning model technique, a matrix representing an association between the second set of parameters and the third set of parameters based on the association and the consistency error. The device may perform an action based on the matrix.
