摘要： A chronic pain Internet plus management platform is provided to perform file management for patients with chronic diseases by taking multi-dimension and multi-level information about patients as a starting point for chronic disease diagnosis, taking respective hospitals and home personal mobile devices as an information collecting media and integrating with an Internet chronic disease cloud database, thereby realizing AI-assisted screening, and intelligent analysis and prediction of health risks. Anew mode for chronic pain management is established by the new generation of information technology, such as mobile Internet, cloud computing and big data; meanwhile, self-management of the patient is assisted by the mode for chronic pain management to improve prognosis of chronic pain.
