Abstract: A multiple dwelling house interphone system includes a collective entrance machine and a dwelling room master device. Each automatic door requires an unlock operation to pass through for proceeding to each area, and a part of the areas are occupied by facilities other than dwelling units. The collective entrance machine includes a card information input section, and the automatic doors each include an unlock operation section for unlocking using the card medium. The collective entrance machine further includes a card authentication section, an unlocking door storage section, and a card information storage section. The card authentication section permits the unlocking by the card medium when the information input to the card information input section matches the information registered in the card information storage section. The permitted card medium enables unlocking the automatic door stored in the unlocking door storage section in association with the information of the card medium.

Abstract: An interphone system includes a slave device and a master device. The slave device includes a camera to obtain an image of a visitor. The slave device is for calling a dweller by a visitor. The master device includes a monitor to display a video image obtained by the camera. The master device is for responding by the dweller. The master device includes a video storage section, a mute setting button, and an operation control section. The video storage section records the video image. The mute setting button is for setting a silent mode in which a call sound is not emitted. The operation control section controls a silent mode operation, so as not to emit a call sound in response to a call from the slave device and to activate the camera to store the video image in the video storage section when the silent mode is set.

When the sensor detects the occurrence of the abnormality, an abnormality occurrence signal is transmitted from the dwelling room master device to the management master device, and the dwelling room master device and the management master device emit emergency alarms. The management master device includes a display section and a display control section. The display control section displays an alarm stop button to stop an emission operation on the display section when the abnormality occurrence signal is received and the emission is started. When the alarm stop button is operated, the display control section subsequently displays an emission source call button to call the dwelling room master device as a transmission source of the abnormality occurrence signal.

Abstract: A multiple dwelling house interphone system includes a collective entrance machine, a dwelling room master device, and a management master device. The management master device is installed in a manager room to speak with the visitor or the dweller. The multiple dwelling house interphone system has a reception mode in which a call to any dwelling unit from the collective entrance machine is uniformly transmitted to the management master device. The management master device includes a forwarding button and a forwarding control section. The forwarding button re-forwards a call in the reception mode to an original calling destination. The forwarding control section re-forwards the call to the dwelling room master device of a dwelling unit as the original calling destination when the forwarding button is operated when a speech path is formed with the collective entrance machine in response to the call forwarded in the reception mode.
