    摘要: An active energy beam-curable ink contains an active energy beam-curable resin and a photocation polymerization initiator; wherein, as the active energy beam-curable resin, a multifunctional epoxy compound, an oxetane compound and 33 to 55% by weight of a monofunctional alicyclic epoxy compound are contained. Accordingly, it is possible to stably discharge the active energy beam-curable ink from an ink jet head, and the ink having a high hardness and high adhesion after curing is provided.

The monomers include an epoxy monomer having an epoxy group as a functional group and an oxetane monomer having an oxetane group as the functional group. A total functional group equivalent weight, which is a total of a functional group equivalent weight of the monofunctional monomer and a functional group equivalent weight of the polyfunctional monomer, is not less than 130 and not greater than 144. A ratio of the functional group equivalent weight of the polyfunctional monomer to the total functional group equivalent weight is not less than 23 percent and not greater than 38 percent.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a photocation-curable ink, an object of which is to improve the adhesion performance with respect to a recording medium without deteriorating the hardness of an ink coating film irrelevant to the type of a photopolymerization initiator. The photocation-curable ink according to the present invention uses a 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine 1-oxyl free radical or a compound including a 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine 1-oxyl free radical structure; wherein molar concentration of the 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine 1-oxyl free radical or the 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine 1-oxyl free radical structure in the ink is 19.6 mM to 39.2 mM. Accordingly, it is possible to obtain the photocation-curable ink having the high adhesion performance with respect to the printing medium.
