摘要： In the combination of a camera and a motor drive unit, an exposure adjusting device is provided. This exposure adjusting device is manually controllable either by rotating a diaphragm adjusting ring that is in engagement with a presetting ring. This rotation is followed up by a scanning member which is coupled to a variable resistor that is connected in a control circuit for an exposure meter to attain correct adjustment of the diaphragm value and shutter time in conformity with the available light conditions. This exposure adjusting device also is automatically controllable through operative connection of the diaphragm scanning member with a control member which is provided in the unit. The control member movement is initiated and terminated by means of an electromagnetic actuator and arrest respectively with electrical power supply from a unit battery. With the camera detached from the unit, manually presetting the diaphragm is only selective, but the consumption of electrical energy from the camera battery is minimized. The driving torque of the film winding lever, moreover, is reduced by an amount necessary to overcome a strong drive spring for the diaphragm scanning control member.

摘要： In the disclosed camera system, a spring arrangement to drive an automatic exposure mechanism of a camera and a magnet arrangement to control starting and stopping of the AE mechanism of the camera are provided within an electric drive device, and the automatic exposure control of the camera is carried out by mounting the electric drive device on the camera. Facilities, when energized by a power supply, are set to supply driving power to a motor for cocking the shutter, and an arrangement supplies power from the power source to the magnet arrangement for actuating the magnet arrangement. The present invention eliminates disadvantages of prior camera systems, namely, inferior response characteristic of the magnet and erroneous operations by the release action, and a large number of connecting terminals.

摘要： An electric motor drive device for a camera is arranged such that, in cases where power supply to a film winding motor is stopped with the camera still in an incomplete winding state and when the film comes to the end thereof after completion of a photographic operation on every frame, the power supply to the motor is resumed in response to a film rewinding completion signal produced from a film detection switch upon completion of film rewinding so that the camera can be brought into a winding completion state. This arrangement solves the problem of phase discrepancy arising between the camera body and the electric motor drive device when they are separated from each other.

摘要： An automatic winding up device for a camera, in which a device for detecting the winding up completion signal supplied from the camera body as well as a delay device starting to operate by the detection of the winding up completion signal by the detecting device are disclosed. These devices operate in such a manner that the current supply to the winding up motor is maintained during the operation of the delay device. This acts to overload the motor for a certain time determined by the delay device after the completion of the winding up operation and overloads the winding up mechanism of the camera body. The current supply to the motor is interrupted after lapse of a time determined by the delay device so as to stop the motor. The winding up member is driven in the reversed direction by the reaction of the overload exercised on the winding up mechanism so that the load exercised on the camera is released at the termination of the winding up operation.

摘要： In a shutter-time-preference single lens reflex camera, in which the shutter time control is done with a predetermined shutter time, and diaphragm value is determined by an output information of a photometric means which measures a transmission light of a photographing lens and the above predetermined shutter time information, a camera actuating means provided in the camera body is put into operation through a magnet means provided in the camera body so that the aperture of the photographing is controlled in accordance with the above predetermined diaphragm value, and then the shutter time control is performed. Further, the camera includes an electric driving device and the driving of the electric driving device is controlled by a safety switch which, in turn, is controlled for its ON and OFF conditions by the completion of the exposure operations such as the operation of the shutter rear screen.
