摘要： An NC lathe with a robot for automatically exchanging works and chuck claws comprising a numerically controlled lathe having a rotatable chuck, a robot disposed in the vicinity of the numerically controlled lathe, and a feeder disposed in the vicinity of the robot. Groups of works and magazines containing chuck claws are placed on the pallets carried on the feeder, forming respective sets. The robot executes the exchanging operation of the works and the chuck claws between the feeder and the chuck.

摘要： An apparatus for setting a work coordinate system of a machine tool is disclosed. A work coordinate system is set on the basis of a position from the surface to be machined of a work by automatic input of a tool mounting dimension. The apparatus is composed of a means for inputting/outputting machining data, an instrumentation means for measuring the positon of a blade tip of a tool, a tool reference point setting data memory for storing tool reference point setting data, an NC machining program data memory for storing an NC machining program for machining a work, a first processor for operating the tool reference point setting data and the machine coordinate value data to obtain the mounting dimesion data for each tool, and a second processor for obtaining work coordinate system data and the tool mounting dimension data.

摘要： Disclosed is a device for inputting a list of the shape of a work which enables an operator to make a final list representing the shape of a work by entering elements and dimensions of the work based on a display representing the shape of the work which is stored in advance on the basis of a design drawing. The device comprises an operating unit having a display unit, a display processing unit for processing displaying operation to display the shape and dimensions of a work on the display of the operating unit, a graphic information processing unit for displaying a list table on the display of the operating unit, a memory for storing the pattern of the elements of the shape and the coordinate values of the list table, a display memory for storing the list processed by the graphic information processing means in order to display it on the display, an operator for converting the data of the display memory into the data of the coordinate position on the basis of the machining original point, a work shape list memory for storing the result of the operation, and a central processing unit which controls the memories and the processing unit.
