The invention also relates to a cleanser or detergent composition that includes the disintegrating particles, a water-soluble salt at a concentration lower than its saturated solubility, a surfactant and water. The composition has excellent physical (mechanical) cleanability and stability with time and gives users a pleasant feeling upon use.
