Abstract: An object is to provide a key generation method capable of maintaining a high security level in each of sliced networks when network slicing is applied to a core network. A key generation method according to this disclosure specifies network slice identification information indicating a network slice system that provides a service to be used by a communication terminal (50) among a plurality of network slice systems included in a core network (10) and, using the network slice identification information, generates a service key to be used for security processing in the network slice system indicated by the network slice identification information.

Abstract: A method, system, and apparatus, including a program encoded on computer-readable medium, for routing communications to a mobile device includes registering a cellular telephone identifier with a visitor location register associated with a bridge mobile switching center adapted to receive communication through a cellular backbone network and route communications over a packet-switched network and determining that cellular communications using the cellular telephone identifier are disabled. A home location register associated with the cellular telephone is notified that the cellular telephone is roaming in a network served by the visitor location register. A communication directed to the cellular telephone is received at the bridge mobile switching center. The received communication is routed to the cellular telephone.

Abstract: A call translation system and a method for operating the management system in a controlled environment is disclosed. The call translation system includes a calling device and a call translation server. The calling device receives authorization from the call translation server to conduct call sessions within the controlled environment. The calling device further receives a call session application from the call translation server that enables the calling device to initiate and establish call sessions through the call translation server. The call session application allows a user of the calling device to select outside parties to add to the call session.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for providing an objective evaluation to a customer service representative regarding his performance during an interaction with a customer may include receiving a digitized data stream corresponding to a spoken conversation between a customer and a representative; converting the data stream to a text stream; generating a representative transcript that includes the words from the text stream that are spoken by the representative; comparing the representative transcript with a plurality of positive words and a plurality of negative words; and generating a score that varies according to the occurrence of each word spoken by the representative that matches one of the positive words, and/or the occurrence of each word spoken by the representative that matches one of the negative words. Tone of voice, as well as response time, during the interaction may also be monitored and analyzed to adjust the score, or generate a separate score.

Abstract: Conditions of radio waves emitted from Wifi equipment are detected with high accuracy. A Wifi radio wave detection terminal 100 detects a probe request including radio wave intensity of a mobile terminal 10 having a Wifi function and transmits a detection result to a management apparatus 200. The probe request includes information indicating the radio wave intensity of the mobile terminal 10. The management apparatus 200 registers the received detection result in a probe information database 202 in association with the mobile terminal 10. Then, when the information processing apparatus 300 receives a request for acquiring radio wave intensity information from the mobile terminal 10, the information processing apparatus 300 acquires radio wave intensity information indicating radio wave intensity of the terminal from the probe information database 202 and transmits the radio wave intensity information to the mobile terminal 10 as a reply.
