Abstract:
Performs used in the preperation of a transiently-extant drink bottle is described. The drink bottle may be formed from joining two separate closable fluid holding compartments, each compartment capable of holding a unique drinking fluid. Joining of the compartments tends to allow for greater consumer choice in beverage selection as well as potential cooling of one beverage through its non-contact proximity to a second frozen beverage. PET preforms having joining elements can also aid in joining of closable fluid holding compartments to form a transiently-extant disposable drink bottle.

Abstract:
A template having a plurality of holes at predetermined distances oriented in such a way that the template provides holes to drill fastening holes for a first accessory, such as a towel bar, and holes to drill fastening holes for a second accessory, such as a paper holder. A first line of holes and a second line of holes are aligned at a right angle such that in operation, the template is held in a first position when drilling for the first accessory and the template is held in a second position when drilling for the second accessory. The second position is obtained by rotating the template 90° from the first position. The template also includes a pair of bubble gauges which are oriented at a right angle with respect to each other.
Abstract:
The invention is for a tub grip for a bathtub that assists bathers in entering and exiting a bathtub. The tub grip is sturdy and easy to attach and remove for those that may suffer from loss of strength and dexterity due to advanced age, injury, illness, or other medical condition. In addition, the tub grip is constructed to resist wear and tear and provide its users with a substantial service life. One embodiment of the invention comprises a locking member, a first arm assembly, a clamp assembly, a second arm assembly, and, at least one locking plate. The first and the second arm assemblies and the locking plate are mounted on the locking member, whereas the clamp assembly is attached to the locking member. The locking member comprises a plurality of teeth, to which the locking plate is selectively engageable.

Abstract:
A mounting mechanism is provided for securing an article to a wall. The mounting mechanism can include an insertion member, a base member, and a tab member. The insertion member has at least one hub formed thereon. The base member has a flange and at least one arm depending from the flange. The flange defines an insertion hole, and the at least one arm includes a guide. When the insertion member is provided in the insertion hole, the guide receives the at least one hub. The guide directs movement of the insertion member relative to the base member. The insertion member and the base member include a ratchet mechanism for maintaining the position of the insertion member relative to the base member. The ratchet mechanism can include a pawl formed on the at least one hub and at least one indentation provided on the guide. The pawl can interact with the at least one indentation. The tab member can be removably coupled to the insertion member. The tab member can be used to articulate the insertion member from an insertion orientation to an installed orientation.
Abstract:
An Internet on-line insurance policy service system that facilitates real-time automated communication of policy information, adjustment of policy parameters, calculation and communication of resulting policy quotes, and implementation of policy changes, while obviating insurer personnel involvement and supervision of the communication. The system comprises a plurality of software modules relating to on-line real-time communication of existing policy information, testing of a wide range of variations in policy parameters, computing and communicating changes in policy premiums that would result from such variations, communicating desired changes in policy parameters and implementing desired policy changes. Other modules relate to communication of claims information and the providing of on-line forms.
