    摘要: A method of managing a machinery monitoring system is provided. The machinery monitoring system includes a database of at least one rule set, the rule set including at least one rule expressed as a relational expression of a real-time data output relative to a real-time data input, the relational expression being specific to a plant asset. The method includes importing data representative of a rule set into the machinery monitoring system, applying the at least one rule set to a specific plant asset wherein the at least one rule set is configured to locate the data input using at least a portion of the relative path information, determining a data output of the at least one rule set using the at least one relational expression and the data input, and transmitting the data output to at least one of the machinery monitoring system and the plant monitoring and control system.

    摘要: A method and system for performing multi-objective predictive modeling, monitoring, and update for an asset is provided. The method includes determining a status of each of at least two predictive models for an asset as a result of monitoring predicted performance values. The status of each predictive model includes at least one of: acceptable performance values, validating model, and unacceptable performance values. Based upon the status of each predictive model, the method includes performing at least one of: terminating use of the at least two predictive models for the asset, generating an alert for the asset of the status of the at least two predictive models, and updating the at least two predictive models based upon the status of the at least two predictive models.

    摘要: A system and a method for determining an angular position of a rotor and a radial position of the rotor are provided. The rotor has either a slot or a protrusion on the rotor. The rotor is centered about a center point. The method includes generating a first signal utilizing a first sensor disposed proximate the slot or protrusion of the rotor. The method further includes determining a first angular position of the rotor by identifying a first corrupted portion of the first signal. The method further includes removing the first corrupted portion of the first signal to obtain a second non-corrupted position signal. The method further includes determining a first radial coordinate of the center point of the rotor based on the second non-corrupted position signal.

    摘要: A propane bottle recycler comprising a bottle station, first and second propane collection tank, compressor, liquid propane storage tank, bottle crusher, and crushed bottle storage compartment. The bottle station comprises a bottle manifold and bottle station frame, and the bottle manifold is pivotally connected to the bottle station frame. Propane bottles are placed in receiving cavities in the bottle manifold and held in place with cam levers, and the bottle manifold is raised to a vertical position. The propane drains out of the propane bottles, through propane hoses into a propane manifold, into the first and second collection tanks, and to a compressor, which repressurizes the propane. The propane is then stored in a liquid propane storage tank. The used propane bottles are crushed by the bottle crusher and stored in the crushed bottle storage compartment.
