Abstract: A heated roller for therapy that allows a user to easily, safely and conveniently combine the benefits of heat with the use of a roller. The heated roller includes a roller body having a substantially cylindrical exterior shape, an insulating material, perforations, and a hollowed core with an opening configured to receive a structural support. The structural support includes a hollowed core with an opening configured to receive a heating element. The heating element may be electric or non-electric and the heating element and the structural support may be formed into a single structure. The heated roller includes an openable cap to provide access to the internally positioned structural support and heating element.
