摘要： The invention relates to a method of preparing a variant of a parent polypeptide comprising: (a) providing an amino acid sequence of a parent polypeptide; (b) substituting at least one amino acid residue at a position in the sequence corresponding to any of positions: 41, 83, 129, 207 or 284 in SEQ ID No: 2; (c) selecting a variant with lipolytic activity, which compared to the parent polypeptide has improved stability, and has an amino acid sequence with at least 60% identity to the mature polypeptide of SEQ ID No: 2; and (d) recovering the variant.
