Abstract: Antigen binding proteins that interact with ASGR, ASGR-1 and/or ASGR-2 are described as well as methods of making and using such antigen binding proteins. Methods of treating and preventing cardiovascular disease by administering a pharmaceutically effective amount of ASGR, ASGR-1 and/or ASGR-2 antigen binding proteins.
