Abstract: Fenestration unit frames with intermediate jambs including one or more inject clips at junctions between the intermediate jambs and frame members and methods of making the same are described herein. Sealing junctions between intermediate jambs and the frame members of fenestration unit frames to limit or prevent air and/or water infiltration can be difficult due to, e.g., manufacturing tolerances and clearances needed to facilitate assembly of the fenestration unit frames.

Abstract: Window hinge assemblies including a hinge pin support and methods of using the same are described herein. The hinge assemblies include a track assembly, a shoe slidably engaged in a track of the track assembly, a sash arm configured for attachment to a rotating sash, the sash arm being pivotally attached to the shoe, and a connecting arm. The track assembly includes a base extending along a track axis, a shoe track extending along the track axis, a hinge pin attached to the base of the track assembly, and a hinge pin support restraining an upper end of the hinge pin from movement relative to the base.
