摘要: A positive crankcase ventilation oil mist separator system has a first separator unit, wherein the first separator unit includes at least one filter body arranged in a blow-by gas path such that blow by gas flows through the filter body; a second separator unit, wherein the second separator is an impactor separator arranged in a bypass path that bypasses the first separator unit; and a bypass valve, which opens the bypass path as soon as a differential pressure at the first separator unit exceeds a predefined value, wherein the second separator unit comprises an impact wall formed by a section of the filter body of the first separator unit, and a flow directing element which directs the blow-by gas flow against the impact wall when the blow-by gas path is open.

摘要: An internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle may include a cylinder head having an open cylinder head interior on a cylinder head side. A cylinder head cover may be disposed on the cylinder head for covering the cylinder head interior at the open cylinder head side. An internal wiring may be disposed in the cylinder head interior for supplying electrical energy to electrical components. The internal wiring may have at least one electrical internal interface disposed on the cylinder head in the cylinder head interior. At least one connecting bridge may have an inner connecting interface configured in a complementary manner to the internal interface, and an outer connecting interface connected electrically therewith. The external wiring may be disposed outside the cylinder head interior.

摘要: The invention relates to a cylinder head (1) of an internal combustion engine with a camshaft bearing mechanism (2) situated thereon in which a hollow camshaft (3) is rotatably mounted, forming an outlet for discharging blow-by gases laden with oil droplets out of the crankcase and is designed as an oil droplet separator for separating the oil content out of these gases. The camshaft (3) passes through a valve space (11). A rocker cover (13) or a multichannel device (27) is connected axially to at least one end of the camshaft (3), forming an axial gap (9), each having a channel (10) connected coaxially to the hollow space (5) of the camshaft (3) so that blow-by gases from which the oil has been removed can be discharged from the camshaft (3), and each being designed so that they either form an oil collecting space (12) that is sealed with respect to the valve space (11) or they introduce oil that has been separated into such an oil collecting space (12).
