摘要： Adenovirus vectors replication specific for cells expressing α-fetoprotein (AFP) and their methods of use are provided. By providing for a transcriptional initiating regulation dependent upon AFP expression, virus replication is restricted to target cells expressing AFP, particularly hepatocellular carcinoma cells. The adenovirus vectors can be used to detect and monitor samples for the presence of AFP-producing cells as well as to kill selectively malignant cells producing AFP.

摘要： A system for testing a wireless access device having a plurality of radio modules is provided. The system includes a housing having an interior chamber. The interior chamber is adapted to receive a wireless access device. A plurality of probes are positioned for respective alignment with an antenna of a corresponding radio module of the wireless access device. The plurality of probes are adapted to receive radio signals from the wireless access device.

摘要： A fixed spool fishing reel having a winding shaft wheel which is rotatable about the winding shaft axis by operation of a handle on the winding shaft. The winding shaft wheel engages a rotor drive which rotates about a first axis which is generally transverse of the winding shaft axis and which drives a spool reciprocating worm shaft. The latter is rotatable about a second axis generally parallel to the said first axis, via reduction gearing. The reduction gearing rotates about a third axis generally parallel to the said first and second axes. The said first, second and third axes are all on the same side of the plane of the winding shaft wheel in such a way as to enable winding shaft attachment means to be provided on both sides of the winding shaft wheel, so that a winding handle may be attached selectively to either one or the other of the two sides of the reel.
