摘要： An oral solution dispenser apparatus for attachment to a powered toothbrush handle having a drive coupling mounted thereon, includes a housing adapted for attachment to the handle, the housing having a recess therein for receiving a cartridge containing the oral solution, a pump disposed in the housing for moving the oral solution from the cartridge, and an outlet nozzle extending from the housing and adapted to permit movement of the oral solution from the pump and from the housing. The dental implant system having an implant fixture adapted to be deployed in a bone; an impression coping adapted to be selectively deployed on the implant fixture and in a dental impression; a laboratory analog adapted to be selectively deployed on the impression coping and in a dental cast; a spherical abutment adapted to be selectively deployed on the laboratory analog; and a multiaxis abutment adapted to be adjustably deployed on the spherical abutment; wherein the spherical abutment and the multiaxis abutment are used to generate a cast permanent abutment which may be received by the laboratory analog and the implant fixture.

摘要： An improved toothbrush is disclosed having a supply of liquid dentifrice located within the handle of the toothbrush, and a dispenser mechanism for dispensing the stored dentrifice to the bristles of the toothbrush when the need arises. The dentrifice-dispensing toothbrush is adapted to utilize replaceable, dentrifice-storing cartridges. In another preferred embodiment a dentrifice-dispensing toothbrush is provided which is effective in operation, durable, attractive in appearance, and relatively inexpensive to manufacture.

摘要： A manually deployable power tool for dental treatment and other uses drives an output shaft with continuous rotary motion, combined with selected axial reciprocation of adjustable stroke length. The drive mechanism for imparting this combined motion to the output shaft has a single rotary input drive coupled with an adjustable cam mechanism. The cam mechanism produces the reciprocating motion in response to the driven rotation of the output shaft. The tool drive mechanism has a high degree of axial symmetry, and is arranged to facilitate the delivery of liquid material to the output, tool-carrying end of the output shaft.

摘要： A powered dental tool dispenses a liquid dentifrice from a removable and replaceable cartridge to a dental site being cleaned or otherwise treated. The tool mounts the cartridge to receive a supply of the dispensable liquid, and accommodates the removal and replacement of a spent cartridge. A removable and replaceable cartridge for supplying dispensable liquid to a dental tool is initially sealed, is readily installed in the tool with a connection to a dispensing tube, and is collapsible for emptying it. A multiple-treatment dental care system has a single power handle that operates interchangeable with a fluid dispensing spray implement, with a rotary treatment implement, and with a revolving-bristle brush implement. In addition to dispensing fluid with the spray implement, the system can dispense liquid material to the dental site being treated by way of the rotary implement and by way of the revolving brush implement.
