The connecting arm attaches the blade cover to the handle assembly. The lock secures the blade cover in a first position or a second position. The plurality of blades attach to the handle assembly. The first position of the retractable blade cover covers the plurality of blades. The second position of the retractable blade cover exposes the plurality of blades.
