Abstract: A coaxial cable splicing device includes a core connector terminal and a tubular insulation member. The core connector terminal includes a first connection member configured to receive a first core of a first coaxial cable and a second connection member configured to receive a second core of a second coaxial cable therein. A conductive spacing member is positioned between the first connection member and the second connection member. The conductive spacing member includes a first stop surface to engage the first core and a second stop surface to engage the second core. The tubular insulation member includes a cavity configured to receive the core connector terminal, the first core of the first coaxial cable, and the second core of the second coaxial cable therein.

Abstract: An electrical connector assembly includes an electrical terminal defining a pair of retaining ridges, a connector housing having a terminal cavity extending therethrough from a first opening to a second opening and a fixed terminal lock nib that projects inwardly into the terminal cavity from a rigid first wall to engage a first ridge of the pair of retaining ridges of the electrical terminal, and a terminal retainer inserted within the connector housing proximate the first opening and removably retained to the connector housing by a flexible retaining arm. The terminal retainer further includes a flexible terminal lock arm having a moveable terminal lock nib that projects inwardly into the terminal cavity from the flexible terminal lock arm to engage a second ridge of the pair of retaining ridges of the electrical terminal, thereby inhibiting removal of the electrical terminal from the terminal cavity through the second opening.

An electrical splice connector include a dividing insulator formed of a dielectric material having a first cavity in which the first splice terminal is disposed and having a second cavity in which the second splice terminal is disposed. The second cavity is separated from the first cavity by a wall formed of the dielectric material.
