摘要： The disclosure details the implementation of apparatuses, methods, and systems for market generation and matches of importation and exportation transactions; i.e., a cross-border Logistics Facilitator (hereinafter “Logistics Facilitator”). Through its various components, the cross-border Logistics Facilitator creates new markets by generating and facilitating three stages of a cross-border trade transaction: identification, selection and execution. In one embodiment, the Logistics Facilitator manages the transaction by: creating a transaction “template” based on transaction information (i.e., HS product code, ISO country code, etc), alerting the buyer to potential problem areas, and updating of important upcoming dates and actions. The Logistics Facilitator creates all the required documents, integrates all events, including the service providers, and allows both parties to track the status of the transaction on-line at any time. In one embodiment, the Logistics Facilitator provides the user with a template to ensure all pertinent information is detailed, so that roles and responsibilities of the trading partners are clearly defined and transparent prior to engagement. The Logistics Facilitator has many numerous and revolutionary components to facilitate cross-border transactions, such as, but not limited to: a classification taxonomy, multi-lingual facilities, a search-enhancing thesaurus, an acquisition matrix core, a logistical fulfillment matrix, payment matrix, an elegant User Interface (UI), and/or the like.

摘要： The disclosure details the implementation of apparatuses, methods, and systems for a cross-border Payment Facilitation Engine. Through its various components, the cross-border Payment Facilitation Engine creates new markets by generating and facilitating payment. In one embodiment, the Engine manages the transaction by: creating a transaction “template” based on transaction information, alerting the buyer to potential problem areas, and updating of important upcoming dates and actions, and handling payment arrangements. The Engine creates all the required documents, manages payment instruments, integrates all events and parties, including the financial institutions, and allows parties to track the status of the payments on-line at any time. In one embodiment, the Engine provides the user with a template to ensure all pertinent information is detailed, so that payment responsibilities of the trading partners are clearly defined and transparent prior to engagement. The Engine has many numerous and revolutionary components to facilitate cross-border payment, such as, but not limited to: a payment matrix that employs interrelated rules and data sets pertinent to the exchange of payments and transfer of financial instrument as between seller, buyer and any intermediary financial institutions; an exchange facility which discerns differences in currency as between buyers and sellers and automatically render all financial transactions in the user's native currency. The Engine may also be equipped to manage fluctuations in exchange rates.

In one embodiment, the Facilitator receives a search request from a system user, the search request including product and shipping related data. The Facilitator then generates a quote for the transaction and transmitting the quote to the user. The Facilitator receives an indication that the transaction quote has been finalized by the user and effectuates one or more transaction logistics elements based on the product and shipping details included in the finalized quote. The Facilitator then facilitates payment of one or more entities involved in the transaction.

A graphical user interface is provided to receive user edits, specifications, modifications, manipulations, comments, and/or the like with respect to products in a product catalog. The editing tools available for a given product may, in one embodiment, be based on manufacturer specifications provided with respect to a given product. The disclosed invention is configurable to facilitate and process transactions at various scales, register and authorize new participants, process product information and provide an online catalog, generate quotes and sales orders, track orders and customer satisfaction, and/or the like.
