摘要: A drilling device with an arrangement for the detachable connection of a drill, especially a rock drill, percussion drill, hammer drill, and the like, to a receiving device, e.g. a drive head, which has a longitudinal bore for receiving the shank of the drill, and also has a driving part which is drivingly connectable to a drilling machine and is coaxial with the longitudinal bore. The drilling device furthermore comprises a drive transmitting member movable in the driving part transverse in the longitudinal bore of the receiving device. The drive transmitting or follower member is arranged to engage a bottom face of a recess in the shank of the drill. This recess has a segment-shaped cross section and has a bottom extending continuously over the entire corresponding width of the drill shank. On the driving part a securing part is mounted which is movable substantially in axial direction of the driving part into a position in which the drive transmitting member is arrested in its drive transmitting position and also into a position in which the drive transmitting member is released from its drive transmitting position and action.

摘要: A milling cutter, especially contour milling cutter, which comprises individual cutting elements helically arranged around the axis of the cutter body and connected thereto. These cutting elements are separated from each other in circumferential direction of the cutter body by chip grooves. All of the chip grooves extend helically about the axis of the cutter body in the same sense. Webs project from the cutter body and extend in the same sense helically about the axis of the cutter body while being separated from each other by the above mentioned chip grooves. Along the outer web edges which are located on a common cylinder mantle there are provided depressions or cutouts separated from each other by web sections which form the individual cutting elements.

摘要: Methods and apparatus for scheduling link resources in a wireless communication system (100) are disclosed. In an exemplary method, a first scheduling policy vector (210), or SPV (210), is generated, the SPV (210) including scheduling elements (220) that prescribe a probability of use for each of several corresponding quantities of link resources. In some embodiments the link resources are LTE resource blocks. The SPV (210) is transmitted to a mobile terminal (150) for use in determining a quantity of link resource units to be scheduled in at least a first transmission time interval. The SPV (210) may be transmitted along with a scheduling window parameter that specifies a period of applicability for SPV (210).

摘要: The invention is directed towards determining whether a hard handover should be performed of a mobile station (48) in relation to a first group of cells (16, 18, 20, 24) including a number of active cells (16, 18, 20) and handled by a first cell handling device (10) to a second group of cells (32, 36, 38) handled by a second cell handling device (26), when the cell handling devices lack a direct communication link (lur). Either the first cell handling device or the mobile station obtains measurements of link quality between the mobile station and cells of the groups, determines a first and second total quality factor for the groups, performs an evaluation of a preferred group involving comparing the first total quality factor with the second quality factor and initiates a handover from the first group to the second group if the second group is preferred.

摘要: The present invention relates to methods and arrangements for improving the capabilities of an evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network, in particular for cases when more than one radio access network applying a time-division duplex transmission mode need to co-exist on a same carrier. The invention addresses further problems concerning an efficient allocation of uplink resources and resource allocation in a handover situation. The present invention assigns an attribute in form of a distinguishing value to the time slots used for the uplink and downlink transmission on said carrier such as to avoid scheduling of transmissions via a first radio access network in downlink or uplink time slots assigned to the second radio access network and to avoid scheduling of transmissions via the second radio access network in uplink time slots assigned for transmissions in the first radio access network.

摘要: The invention relates to transdermal therapeutic systems with fentanyl or an analogous fentanyl derivative as active ingredient. In order to prevent inadvertent overdosage by uncontrolled release of active ingredient as a result of damage, the active ingredient is contained in fluid-filled micro-reservoirs in the layer containing the active ingredient. The layer containing the active ingredient can optionally be provided with a membrane.

摘要: A fan unit comprises a housing, which possesses a first housing wall having an air inlet, and an opposite parallel second housing wall having an air outlet, and a side wall arrangement connecting the first housing wall with the second housing wall. A holding plate is arranged between the first housing wall and the second housing wall adjacent to the air inlet for a suction blower drawing air from the air inlet and having a blower motor, said blower impeller being arranged between the air inlet and the holding plate, said blower impeller being adapted to blow drawn in air radially outward. The area of the holding plate is at least twice as large as the area of the air inlet and the holding plate together with the first housing wall constitutes a diffusor for the radially emerging blower air. This improves the efficiency of the fan unit and an increase in pressure is achieved which makes possible a reduction in the speed of rotation.

摘要: The number of measurements being performed in a telecommunications system can be reduced by performing a predetermined measurement in Cell A and in co-located Cell B, step 1, for example a received signal code power (RSCP) measurement. The difference between the two signals is determined, and stored for future reference, step 3. Once the difference value has been established, the mobile station no longer needs to perform measurements on both Cell A and Cell B. Instead, if a subsequent measurement is made on Cell A, step 5, the network can estimate the measurement for Cell B based on the difference signal previously determined, step 7.
