    Abstract: A belt retractor unit with a housing, a belt reel rotatably mounted in this housing, a blocking unit for blocking the belt reel against the housing, wherein the blocking unit has an actuator unit with an electromagnet and a control apparatus for controlling the electromagnet, which has a power input, a power output connected to the electromagnet and at least one signal input for receiving a control signal and/or a sensor unit for generating a control signal, wherein the control apparatus has at least a first active switching state and a passive switching state, wherein in the first active switching state an electric current flows between the power output and the electromagnet, the current intensity of which is greater than in the passive switching state, wherein the control apparatus has between the power input and the power output at least one DC/DC converter acting as a constant current source, so that the current intensity in the first active switching state has a defined first value independent of the voltage applied to the power input.

    Abstract: A seatbelt retractor having a toothed control disk on a belt shaft and an electrically actuatable blocking device and a blocking lever mounted in a pivot bearing, wherein the electrically actuatable blocking device stops the control disk with respect to the belt shaft and, as a result, the belt shaft is blocked in the pull-out direction, wherein the blocking lever has a lever arm upon which a first spring acts, which spring preloads into position the blocking lever having an arranged blocking tip so that this blocking tip engages in the toothing of the control disk, and an electromagnet that is arranged in the housing, wherein the blocking tip is retracted from the toothing of the control disk, wherein a second spring rests with its blocking arm against the second spring and is loaded by the blocking arm.

    Abstract: A belt retractor having an electrically actuatable locking device comprising a housing with a base plate and an upright first limb, a locking lever mounted pivotably on the upright first limb with a steel plate which is spring-loaded, and an electromagnet arranged in the housing and having a coil with a through opening, a first iron core which is arranged in the through opening, when a voltage is applied to the coil, exerts a magnetic force on the locking lever via the steel plate and actuates the locking lever for triggering a locking or unlocking movement against the force of the spring. The movement of the locking lever is enforced by a first magnetic circuit formed by the first iron core, the upright first limb and the portions of the base plate and of the locking lever between the first iron core and the upright first limb.
