Abstract:
An authentication system to validate the authenticity of call center agents by using a reverse authentication procedure. The authentication system includes a verification module that verifies the authenticity of agents calling from the call center. The verification module retrieves reference answers in response to the user-provided query questions from a media server. The media server may be located inside the enterprise network. These reference questions and their corresponding reference answers are provided by users when registering with the enterprise network.
Abstract:
Embodiments disclosed herein provide systems, methods, and computer readable media for controlling a camera view using unique nametags and gestures. In a particular embodiment, a method provides identifying a plurality of items at a location from video captured of the location by the video camera and associating a unique nametag of a plurality of unique nametags to each item of the plurality of items. Each one of the plurality of unique nametags describes the item to which the unique nametag is associated. The method further provides receiving a first indication that a first unique nametag of the plurality of unique nametags has been selected by a user and directing the video camera to capture a first view of a first position of a first item associated with the first unique nametag.

Abstract:
Embodiments disclosed herein provide systems, methods, and computer readable media for recovering from media degradation during a communication session. In a particular embodiment, a method provides, during a communication session between a first user system operated by a first user and a second user system operated by a second user, receiving a first indication from the first user system indicating a degraded condition of media received by the first user system from the second user system. Responsive to receiving the indication, the method provides attempting to establish a connection with a third user system associated with the second user when the degraded condition comprises inactivity of the media being received by the first user system from the second user system. Upon establishing the connection with the third user system, the method provides connecting the third user system to the first user system to continue the communication session.
