Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a coating, comprising a phosphate salt, a colloidal silica and a chromic acid compound, wherein the phosphate salt comprises magnesium dihydrogen phosphate and aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, and wherein a molar ratio of element Al to element Mg in the phosphate salt is 0.02 to 0.15. The present disclosure also relates to a grain-oriented silicon steel sheet, comprising: a substrate; and a coating layer on a surface of the substrate, wherein the coating layer is formed from the coating according to the present disclosure. The present disclosure further relates to a method for manufacturing a grain-oriented silicon steel sheet, comprising the steps of: applying the coating onto the surface of the substrate, and then performing a sintering treatment, wherein the substrate has a temperature, at which the sintering treatment is performed, of 800 to 880° C. The coating layer formed from the coating according to the present disclosure can impart higher tension and more excellent heat resistance to the grain-oriented silicon steel sheet, and has good promotion prospects and application effects.

Abstract: A grain-oriented silicon steel with low iron loss, wherein the silicon steel is provided with a plurality of grooves on its surface, each of the grooves is 10-60 μm in width and 5-40 μm in depth, and the spacing between adjacent grooves is 1-10 mm. The manufacturing method therefor comprises: scoring the surface of the grain-oriented silicon steel with low iron loss by using a laser in order to form the grooves. The grain-oriented silicon steel with low iron loss can maintain the magnetic domain refining effect in a stress-relief annealing process, and avoid the introduction of more residual stress.

Abstract: An oriented silicon steel product with a low iron loss for a low-noise transformer, and manufacturing method thereof are provided. The oriented silicon steel product comprises: a silicon steel substrate, a magnesium silicate bottom layer formed on a surface of the silicon steel substrate, and an insulation coating applied on the magnesium silicate bottom layer. The magnesium silicate bottom layer has a visible light normal reflectivity (R) of 40-60% for. By strictly controlling the visible light normal reflectivity of the magnesium silicate bottom layer of the silicon steel substrate and the evenness of the gloss of magnesium silicate bottom layer, lower iron loss, and reduced magnetostriction can be achieved, and thus a silicon steel product with low noise and particularly suitable for transformers can be obtained.

Abstract: A laser-scribed grain-oriented silicon steel resistant to stress-relief annealing and a manufacturing method therefor. Parallel linear grooves (20) are formed on one or both sides of grain-oriented silicon steel (10) by laser etching. The linear grooves (20) are perpendicular to, or at an angle to, the rolling direction of the steel plate. A maximum height of edge protrusions of the linear grooves (20) does not exceed 5 μm, and a maximum height of spatters in etch-free regions between adjacent linear grooves (20) does not exceed 5 μm, and the proportion of an area occupied by spatters in the vicinity of the linear grooves (20) does not exceed 5%. The steel has low manufacturing costs, and the etching effect of the finished steel is retained during a stress-relief annealing process. The steel is suitable for manufacturing of wound iron core transformers.
