Abstract: The invention relates to a process for preparing foamed polymer-modified bitumen compositions and to the use thereof for the production of asphalt. The invention also relates to foamed polymer-modified bitumen compositions obtainable by this process. Furthermore, the invention relates to a process for producing an asphalt composition and to the use thereof in road applications. The process for the preparation of the foamed polymer-modified bitumen composition comprises the following steps: i) Heating and pressurizing a bitumen to obtain a hot flowing bitumen stream, ii) Injecting under pressure an aqueous polymer dispersion into the hot flowing bitumen stream obtained in step i), to obtain a pressurized flowing mixed stream of the bitumen and the aqueous polymer dispersion; iii) Expanding the flowing mixed stream, in particular to atmospheric pressure, such that the water contained in the aqueous polymer dispersion vaporizes and foams the mixed stream to obtain a foamed polymer-modified bitumen.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a three-dimensional (3D) printing process for the (layer-by-layer) production of at least one at least three-layer concrete-comprising segment (subregion) of a three-dimensional (3D) object based on concrete. In the process, a first concrete layer is firstly produced by extrusion of fresh concrete. Subsequently, a first adhesive layer is applied on top of the upward-facing side of the first concrete layer, after which a second concrete layer is applied to the upward-facing side of the first adhesive layer. Further adhesive and concrete layers can optionally be applied in succession, with the corresponding concrete layers and adhesive layers in the respective segment being arranged on top of one another in alternating order and the uppermost layer and the lowermost layer of the respective concrete-comprising segment being in each case formed by a concrete layer. The present invention further provides an at least three-layer concrete-comprising segment of a 3D object as such, which is produced by the process of the invention. The invention further provides for the use of at least one at least three-layer concrete-comprising segment as such for producing a 3D object or for incorporation into a 3D object. The present invention further provides a three-dimensional (3D) object as such, comprising at least one at least three-layer concrete-comprising segment which is able to be produced by the process of the invention.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a formwork system (1) comprising a form lining (2) and at least one shaped element (10) which is attached to the rear side (4) of the form lining (2). The form lining (2) and the shaped element (10) have been produced by a 3D printing method. This is preferably carried out in a common 3D printing process, but the form lining (2) and the shaped element (10) can also be produced in separate 3D printing processes, with the shaped element (10) then being attached to the rear side (4) of the form lining (2). This is effected using at least one first fastening element (50). If, by contrast, the form lining (2) and the shaped element (10) have been produced in a common 3D printing process, the additional use of a first fastening element (50) for fastening the shaped element (10) to the form lining (2) is not required. According to the invention, the shaped element (10) and optionally the first fastening element (50) are attached to the rear side (4) of the form lining (2) in such a way that they do not touch or pierce the front side (3) of the form lining (2). The present invention also relates to the use of such a formwork system (1), for example in the production of structural elements made of concrete.
