Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a data acquisition method and apparatus, and relates to the field of automatic driving. A specific implementing solution is: obtaining indication information sent by a server, the indication information including: a data type to be acquired during a driving process of a vehicle and at least one acquisition condition triggering an acquisition of data; and according to the indication information, when a state of the vehicle meets any acquisition condition, acquiring first data corresponding to the data type.
