    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a circuitry structure and a display substrate. The circuitry structure includes a base substrate, and a functional transistor and a signal transmission line arranged on the base substrate. The functional transistor includes a first conductive connection member, a first electrode, a second electrode, at least two gate electrode patterns and at least one active pattern. Orthogonal projections of the first electrode, the second electrode and the at least two gate electrode patterns onto the base substrate at least partially overlap with an orthogonal projection of the active pattern onto the base substrate, and first ends of the gate electrode patterns are coupled to each other. The first conductive connection member is arranged at a layer different from the gate electrode pattern, and coupled to second ends of the gate electrode patterns. The signal transmission line is coupled to the first conductive connection member.

The substrate includes a display region and a peripheral region positioned in a periphery of the display region and used for sealing, the substrate includes: a base substrate; an insulating layer, arranged on a side of the base substrate and positioned in the display region and the peripheral region for sealing; and a plurality of pixel units, positioned on the insulating layer corresponding to the display region, and in the peripheral region, at least one groove is disposed on a side of the insulating layer which faces away from the base substrate, a side of the groove which is away from the base substrate is open, and a depth direction of the groove is perpendicular to the base substrate.

    Abstract: A color filter substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display panel are provided. The color filter substrate includes a first substrate, at least one spacer on a side of the first substrate, at least one electrode on a side of the at least one spacer facing away the first substrate, and at least two elastic supports on the side of the first substrate. In a plane parallel with an extending plane of the first substrate, a periphery of each spacer comprises at least two of the elastic supports, and in a direction perpendicular to the extending plane of the first substrate, a sum of a height of the spacer and a thickness of the electrode on the spacer is smaller than a height of each of the elastic supports in the periphery of the spacer.

The display substrate includes a base substrate; a plurality of light emitting elements on the base substrate and in the display area; an encapsulating layer on a side of the plurality of light emitting elements distal to the base substrate to encapsulate the plurality of light emitting elements; and a first barrier layer on the base substrate and in the peripheral area and forming a first enclosure substantially surrounding a first area. The first barrier layer includes an up-conversion material configured to convert an incident light into an ultraviolet light.     Abstract: Provided is a method for encapsulating a display substrate, including: forming a first barrier wall and a second barrier wall in a peripheral region of the display substrate; and forming inorganic thin-film encapsulation layers and organic thin-film encapsulation layers alternately laminated on the display substrate, all of the organic thin-film encapsulation layers being located in a region surrounded by the first barrier wall, the forming at least one of the inorganic thin-film encapsulation layers comprises: forming the inorganic thin-film encapsulation layer on the display substrate, a portion of the inorganic thin-film encapsulation layer being located between the first barrier wall and the second barrier wall; and disconnecting the portion of the inorganic thin-film encapsulation layer between the first barrier wall and the second barrier wall from the other portions of the inorganic thin-film encapsulation layer, and removing the portion.
