The image information of the detected person includes a part image of the detected person and an acquiring time and an ambient light intensity when acquiring the part image. change information of the part image of the detected person is obtained according to the part image of the detected person and a reference part image in reference part image information obtained from the storage module in a case where the ambient light intensity is greater than a predetermined value, and current physical health information of the detected person is obtained according to the change information of the part image. The storage module (102) is configured for storing the reference part image information, the reference part image information including reference a part image of the detected person accumulated before the acquiring time and/or a healthy reference part image based on age.
