    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a blue organic light-emitting diode. The blue organic light-emitting diode comprises a hole transport layer, a co-evaporation layer, a blue light-emitting auxiliary layer, a blue light-emitting layer, and an electron transport layer which are sequentially stacked. A material of the co-evaporation layer includes a mixture of a material of the hole transport layer and a material of the blue light-emitting auxiliary layer. The present disclosure also provides a display device. The display device has a good display effect under a low gray scale.

The light emitting device includes a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an electron blocking layer, a light emitting layer and an electron injection layer that are stacked in sequence; the light emitting layer includes a plurality of light emitting units, and the wavelengths of lights emitted by at least two of the plurality of light emitting units are different from each other; a hole mobility of the electron blocking layer is greater than or equal to a hole mobility of the hole injection layer or the hole transport layer; and a square resistance of the hole injection layer and a square resistance of the hole transport layer are both greater than or equal to 5×1010 Ω/sq.

    Abstract: A light-emitting device, comprising: a first electrode and a second electrode arranged in a stacked manner; and multiple functional layers provided between the first electrode and the second electrode. The multiple functional layers comprise a light-emitting layer, at least two material layers having a hole transport function between the light-emitting layer and the first electrode, and at least one material layer having an electron transport function between the light-emitting layer and the second electrode. The at least two material layers having the hole transport function comprise an electron blocking layer, and the material of the light-emitting layer comprises a guest material. The difference between the LUMO energy level of the material of the electron blocking layer and the LUMO energy level of a host material is greater than or equal to a threshold. Under the same test condition, the ratio of the magnitude of the value of a hole mobility of the material of the electron blocking layer to the magnitude of the value of an electron mobility of the material of the at least one material layer having the electron transport function is greater than or equal to 1.
