摘要: A touch substrate, a touch device and a touch detection method are provided. The touch substrate includes: a base substrate, including a touch region and a trace region surrounding the touch region; multiple sensing electrodes arranged in the touch region; and multiple sensing electrode traces arranged in the trace region and connected to the multiple sensing electrodes respectively. The sensing electrodes includes first sensing electrodes and second sensing electrodes, each first sensing electrode is connected at a first side of the touch region to a sensing electrode trace, and each second sensing electrode is connected at a second side of the touch region opposite to the first side to a sensing electrode trace. In this disclosure, sensing electrodes are connected at two opposite sides of the touch region to the sensing electrode traces, therefore, two sensing electrodes may be scanned each time, shortening a scanning period of the sensing electrodes.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a touch substrate, a method for preparing the same, and a touch display device. The touch substrate includes: a base substrate; a plurality of touch electrodes located on the base substrate; a touch electrode bridge located on the base substrate and configured to connect the plurality of touch electrodes; and a plurality of first insulating patterns located on a surface of the touch electrode bridge away from the base substrate, in which the plurality of first insulating patterns is arranged in such a manner that adjacent first insulating patterns are separated from each other; and a plurality of second insulating patterns each located between the adjacent first insulating patterns, wherein the first insulating patterns and the second insulating patterns are made of different materials. The touch substrate according to the present disclosure has a high yield.

摘要: A display substrate has a display area, an opening area and an isolation area located between the display area and the opening area and surrounding the opening area, and the display area is disposed at least partially around the opening area. The display substrate includes a flexible base having a via hole located in the opening area. The flexible base includes an amorphous silicon layer. The amorphous silicon layer includes a first portion located in the isolation area and a second portion located in the display area, and a thickness of the first portion is greater than a thickness of the second portion.
