Abstract: A display device is disclosed, and the display device includes a display layer and a lens layer; the lens layer is provided on a light emergent side of the display layer, and includes at least one grating compound lens unit; the display layer includes at least one display pixel set, and the display pixel set is configured to emit light for imaging toward the grating compound lens unit during display; the grating compound lens unit is configured to optically image the display pixel set; and the grating compound lens unit is further configured to deflect the light for imaging, to make an image-space central visual field direction of the grating compound lens unit intersect with an extension direction of an optical axis of the grating compound lens unit, so that the display device has one or more viewpoints.

Abstract: An optical device and a spectral detection apparatus are provided. The optical device includes an optical waveguide, including: a polychromatic light channel configured to transport a polychromatic light beam, and provided with a light incident surface for receiving the incident polychromatic light beam at an input end of the polychromatic light channel; a chromatic dispersion device arranged downstream from the polychromatic light channel in an optical path and configured to separate the polychromatic light beam from the polychromatic light channel into a plurality of monochromatic light beams; and a plurality of monochromatic light channels arranged downstream from the chromatic dispersion device in the optical path and configured to respectively conduct the plurality of monochromatic light beams with different colors from the chromatic dispersion device. Monochromatic light output surfaces are respectively provided at output ends of the plurality of monochromatic light channels and configured to output the monochromatic light beams.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a dispersion apparatus. The dispersion apparatus may include an optical substrate; a grating layer on a first side of the optical substrate; and a light outlet layer on a second side of the optical substrate, the second side opposite the first side of the optical substrate. The grating layer is configured to perform dispersion of incident light into first-order diffracted beams having target wavelengths and transmit the first-order diffracted beams into the optical substrate, and wherein a diffraction angle of each of the first-order diffracted beams having the target wavelengths is smaller than a total reflection angle between the optical substrate and air. The light outlet layer is configured to extract the first-order diffracted beams having the target wavelengths in the optical substrate.

Abstract: A display device and a method for controlling the display device are disclosed. The display device includes a backlight module and a liquid crystal cell on a light emitting side of the backlight module. The liquid crystal cell includes a first electrode, a second electrode disposed in a first direction opposite to the first electrode, a liquid crystal layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, and a diffractive optical element in the liquid crystal layer. A refractive index of the diffractive optical element is equal to a short-axis refractive index of a liquid crystal in the liquid crystal layer. The liquid crystal cell is divided into a first portion where the liquid crystal molecules are capable of rotating in a first plane and a second portion in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction where liquid crystal molecules are capable of rotating in a first plane.

Abstract: A spectroscope includes a first substrate and a second substrate opposite to each other; a light introducing assembly on a side of the first substrate facing away from the second substrate; a temperature adjusting assembly between the first substrate and the second substrate; a liquid crystal dimming assembly between the first substrate and the second substrate, wherein the temperature adjusting assembly is configured to adjust a temperature of the liquid crystal dimming assembly, so as to adjust spectrum of light passing through the liquid crystal dimming assembly; a spectroscopic grating on the first substrate; a reflector on the second substrate and configured to reflect incident light introduced by the light introducing assembly to the spectroscopic grating; and a plurality of sensors configured to receive the incident light after being subjected a light splitting by the spectroscopic grating. A wavelength of the incident light received by each sensor is different.
