摘要： Provided are a flexible touch substrate, a flexible touch panel, and a flexible touch apparatus. The flexible touch substrate includes: a flexible base, a plurality of light-emitting devices, a touch electrode layer, and a shielding layer. The light-emitting devices are located on the flexible base; the touch electrode layer is located on the side of the light-emitting devices distant from the flexible base; the shielding layer is located between the light-emitting devices and the touch electrode layer; the shielding layer is insulated from the light-emitting devices and the touch electrode layer, the shielding layer comprises a plurality of openings; and light emitted by the light-emitting device can pass through the openings.
