Abstract: A delivery system for deploying a medical implant includes a delivery catheter with a lumen, an elongate shaft axially slidably within the lumen, a housing attached to the elongate shaft, and an actuation element disposed within the housing and configured to axially advance and retract the elongate shaft. The actuation element is in direct contact with the elongate shaft and rotation of the actuation element causes axial movement of the elongate shaft.
