Abstract: A method of determining the relative effectiveness of potential chemotherapeutic agents designed to inhibit neoplasm, growth or metastasis is described. The chemotherapeutic agent may be curcumin. The invention also relates to kits designed to aid in determining the relative effectiveness of potential chemotherapeutic agents. The invention also relates to cancer stem cell survivor lines that can be included in the kits and used in the method.
