Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure related to identifying and resolving anomalies associated with an ATM processing a check that has been deposited by a customer. The computing platform may receive a digital representation of the check that has been deposited. The computing platform may compare parameters associated with the check to expected parameters. The computing platform may generate a validation report comprising an anomaly, an event code associated with the anomaly, and an action to resolve the anomaly based on the event code. The computing platform may input results and feedback into a machine learning model to further refine the accuracy and reliability of the computing platform over time.
