    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a toner process comprising providing a resin miniemulsion comprising polymeric particles comprising at least one free radical polymerizable monomer compound and at least one alkylene anhydride; blending the miniemulsion with at least one colorant, at least one amine, and optionally at least one wax; heating the resulting mixture below or about equal to the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the resin emulsion; and heating the resulting mixture above or about equal to the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the resin emulsion.

    摘要: A chemical toner and an emulsion aggregation process for preparing the chemical toner, wherein the chemical toner is composed of: (a) a resin including a compound which exhibits a molecular weight polydispersity of from about 1.1 to about 3.0 (where the resin is produced by a stable free radical polymerization process); (b) an optional wax; and (c) a colorant, wherein the particle size of the chemical toner exhibits a geometric standard deviation of about 1.25 or less.
