摘要： Embodiments of the disclosure include methods and compositions related to treatment or prevention of cancer therapy-induced tissue inflammation, dermatitis, and/or scarring. In particular embodiments one or more proton pump inhibitors are provided to an individual before, during, and/or after receiving anticancer therapy. In some embodiments one or more proton pump inhibitors are provided to an individual before, during, and/or after having a health conditions, allergies, genetic factors and/or exposure to one or more irritants.
