Abstract: The present disclosure provides an anti-loosening screw pair and an anti-loosening screw component. The screw pair includes a first screw component provided with a first screw thread and a second screw component whose outer wall surface is provided with a second screw thread. The first and second screw components are in threaded connection. In a direction of the first screw component being screwed into the second screw component, sides of the first and second screw threads pressing against each other are formed into force-bearing fitting faces respectively, and opposite sides thereof are formed into non-force-bearing fitting regions respectively. At least one of the force-bearing fitting faces and the non-force-bearing fitting regions of the first and the second screw components is provided with a stopper so as to prevent radial displacement between the first and the second screw components.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a device for automatically routing a multi-branch cable, so as to optimize branch points, thereby to acquire an optimal routing scheme and improve the routing efficiency. The method includes the steps of: acquiring position information about connection terminals of the multi-branch cable in a solution space in accordance with a CAD model and a wiring table; determining position information about branch points of the multi-branch cable in the solution space in accordance with the position information about the connection terminals of the multi-branch cable and a first predetermined algorithm; generating a cable routing path map on the surface of obstacle in the solution space in accordance with the position information about the connection terminals of the multi-branch cable, the position information about the branch points and a second predetermined algorithm; and acquiring and outputting a cable model as a routing design result in accordance with the cable routing path map.

Abstract: A method for simulating a posture of a flexible cable based on a spring-mass model combining bending and torsion includes: establishing a physical property model of the cable, wherein a torsion property is represented by a torsion spring attached at each 55 cable segment; obtaining an initial position of each discrete mass point based on a total length of the cable and the number of the cable segments; identifying discrete mass points at both ends as fixed points, and obtaining their position information; calculating stress information of other discrete mass points whose position information is not determined based on the physical property model; sequentially calculating 10 10 equilibrium positions of the other discrete mass points by using the stress information and the initial positions to obtain their the position information; and simulating a stable posture of the cable based on the position information of the fixed points and the other discrete mass points.
