摘要： A product and document fulfilment system for merging together discrete articles and specific documentation which pertains to each discrete article, and for packaging and labelling the same. The system comprises an article conveyor on which discrete articles are carried seriatim, a first machine code reader for reading the unique machine readable code on each discrete article, a printer for printing a specific document pertaining to the article, instruction control means governing the delivery of the appropriate document to be merged with the article, a merging station where the specific document and the article are merged, a second machine code reader for reading the machine readable code on the specific document, first memory and counter means for recognizing the identity of the discrete article at the merging station, and accept/reject means to accept the merged article and specific document when a match occurs, or reject the item when no match occurs.

摘要： A transducer assembly for a bonding apparatus is provided that comprises a horn having first and second base ends and a bonding tool attached to the horn between the first and second base ends. First and second ultrasonic generators are secured to the first and second base ends respectively. A first fastening mechanism is located on the horn between the bonding tool and the first ultrasonic generator and a second fastening mechanism is located on the horn between the bonding tool and the second ultrasonic generator such that the horn is releasably attachable to a mounting interface using the first and second fastening mechanisms. There are also transducer mounting positions disposed on the mounting interface for mounting the mounting interface to a bond head.

摘要： A die bonding apparatus and a bonding method are provided wherein the apparatus comprises a bond head movable between a supply of semiconductor dice and a die bonding site, a pick-up tool attached to the bond head for holding a die to be bonded at the die bonding site and an optical assembly positioned for viewing an orientation of the die bonding site. The bond head is configured such that an orientation of the die being held by the pick-up tool between the optical assembly and the die bonding site is viewable by the optical assembly, whereby the orientation of the die may be aligned with the orientation of the die bonding site.

摘要： A system for transmitting compressed data for multiple channels or contexts from a single node which system reduces memory utilization without significant adverse effect on compression ratio by providing a separate history buffer for each channel, with a single hash table being provided for generating potential match addresses in the history buffer for at least selected ones of the channels. A single chain table may also be provided, the chain table having a single offset address for the corresponding offset addresses in the buffers for the selected channels. Collisions in the common hash table may be reduced by including channel address or the like as an additional input to the hash table, thereby biasing the address outputs therefrom.
