摘要： An actuating system for a head restraint of a vehicle seat is provided. The head restraint includes a part that can be shifted from a comfort position to a safety position, such as in the event of an accident. Limbs are expandable from an initial position as a consequence of pressure loading to bring about a lengthening which can be transmitted to force transmission means. The limbs are connected to one another and/or to fastening means by joints, each having a first and a second joint pin which can be inserted axially into holes to form the joints.

摘要： A vehicle seat, in particular a rear seat bench for a motor vehicle, has a seat part and a backrest which is provided with displaceable side cushions. Their position can be changed as a function of the position of the backrest. According to the invention, at least the backrest is arranged in the vehicle in a manner such that it can be displaced in or counter to the direction of travel, wherein the position of the side cushions located on the outside of the backrest can be forcibly changed as a function of the sliding position of the backrest.

The vehicle seat comprises a seat structure, a padded body supported by the seat structure, a seat cover which at least partially covers the padded body and defines a recess for the passage of a functional unit, a cover plate at least partially covering the recess, and at least one strip-shaped reinforcing element connected to the seat cover along an edge of the recess. A projection coupled to the cover plate is engaged between the at least one strip-shaped reinforcing element and the seat cover for at least partially securing the cover plate to the vehicle seat.
