摘要： A diagnostic device has a modality for generating raw data representing contents of a volume, a computer for calculating three-dimensional medical images from the raw data, an image system, an input device for setting a transfer function required for an algorithm and a display device for the medical images. The image system determines a histogram distribution of the gray-scale values, and the image system inserts user interface graphics into the displayed image which shows the histogram distribution of the gray-scale values in a histogram window and symbolically represents a trapezoidal transfer function on which values characterizing input fields for transfer functions are arranged at the associated points. A transfer function is on the basis of entries in the input fields and the selected transfer function is inserted in the histogram distribution of the gray-scale values.

摘要： A system provides a single-click expandable data control implemented in a user interface development language as a data entry and viewing element including options enabling or restricting data entry and specifying a related dialog for entry or selection of data for a primary display field. A system provides a single-click expandable data element in HTML, for example, as a data entry and viewing element that is used within a user interface interactive page to allow a single line-height data display using a single mouse click to expand or collapse data, thereby providing a simple means for a user to view or enter larger amounts of data than typically fit within the limited screen space. A user interface system adaptively presents information to a user. The system includes a display processor for initiating generation of data representing an image. The image includes, an image element box comprising a text data presentation row automatically expandable into multiple text data presentation rows in response to user selection of the image element box. An executable procedure associated with the image element box determines whether text in the multiple text data presentation rows is at least one of, (a) delete only, (b) read-only and (c) readable and writable. The executable procedure is in a user interface compatible code language (e.g., HTML, SGML, XML, Visual Basic) and execution of the executable procedure is initiated in response to user selection of the image element box.

The display processor initiates generation of data representing a particular type of healthcare information for the particular patient in the second area in response to user selection of an individual item of the first set of data items. The display processor initiates generation of data representing current healthcare information of a particular type for the particular patient in the third area in response to user selection of an individual item of the second set of data items.

摘要： A user interface system for presenting information to a user involves a display processor for initiating generation of data representing an image. The image includes multiple adjacent rows of visible user selectable tabs individually incorporating a tab function identifier identifying a function associated with a respective tab. An individual tab is selectable by a user to initiate presentation of an image area in an image window and presents information concerning a function identified by a tab function identifier of a selected tab. An individual row of visible user selectable tabs includes multiple user selectable tabs together with a non-user selectable label. The non-user selectable label includes information associated with the multiple user selectable tabs on the individual row. A command processor initiates generation of data representing an update of the image to include an image area in an image window and present information concerning a function identified by a tab function identifier of the selected tab in response to user selection of the selected tab.
