    摘要: A device for deforming and ejecting a deformable intraocular lens for insertion into a small incision in an eye, the device comprising a) a housing, b) a lens transporting duct in a front part of the housing defining a duct axis, the duct having a front end with a cross-section adapted to the lens in deformed state with small maximum dimensions transversal to the duct axis, a rear lens-receiving end with a cross-section adapted for the lens in un-deformed state, or less deformed state, than at the front end, with larger maximum dimensions lateral to the duct axis than at the front end and an intermediate convergent duct part between the front and rear ends with a varying cross-section shape, having decreasing maximum dimensions lateral to the duct axis when moving from rear to front in the duct and c) a plunger operative to displace the lens in the duct at least in the forward direction. According to various aspects of the invention part of the duct has the overall shape of a crescent, the plunger is re-shapeable between different height to width ratios, the device has fixing structures for preventing lens rotation and the plunger is driven with a preprogrammed movement pattern. The invention also includes methods corresponding to the operational steps of the devices.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a cannula, attachable to an injection device comprising a needle entirely surrounded by an essentially cylindrical collapsible needle cover in order to visually hide the entire needle during the whole procedure of administration by injection. The collapsible needle cover comprises a resilient, cylindrical or vaguely conical sleeve made of a foamed polymer and is provided with an axially extended hole for the needle, alternatively the needle cover can have a bellows-like structure. Also disclosed is a method of administering a medicament by injection with needle hidden from visual impression during the whole administration process.

    摘要: An eye fluid applicator. A hand grip part has a distal end and a proximal end. The distal end and the proximal end define an axis therebetween, a distal direction, and a proximal direction along the axis. A container includes a bottle part and a delivery orifice for delivery of a stream or drops. The orifice defines a fluid delivery axis and a fluid delivery direction from the bottle through the orifice along the fluid delivery axis. The container orifice is arranged closer to the proximal end of the container than the distal end. An eye cup part has a rim and a cavity. The rim defines a contact plane, a contact axis normal to the contact plane, and a contact direction along the contact axis from the cavity toward the rim. The eye cup is arranged at the orifice. The proximal direction of the hand grip and the contact direction of the eye cup form an acute angle therebetween.
