摘要： Embodiments of the present disclosure provide for embodiments of a panel of oligonucleotides for use in a multiplex reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) assay for the identification of rotavirus A and B and genotypes thereof. Another aspect of the disclosure encompasses embodiments of an RT-PCR multiplex method for determining whether an equine is infected with an equine rotavirus.
