    Abstract: Aspects of bladder mapping are described herein. According to one aspect, an exemplary method comprises: generating, with an imaging element, a video feed depicting a bladder wall; establishing, with a processor, markers on the bladder wall in the video feed; tracking, with the processor, relative movements between the markers; and/or identifying, with the processor, a location of a contraction of the bladder wall based on the relative movements. Associated devices and systems also are described.

    Abstract: A penile prosthesis system including at least one cylinder that has an elongated inner opening, a cylinder spring positioned within the opening and adjacent to a distal end of the inner opening, an activation plunger positioned within a proximal end of the opening of the cylinder, and a plurality of discrete members within the inner opening between the cylinder spring and the plunger. The system further includes a pump comprising a spring and a tube connected to and extending from the cylinder and the pump, wherein the tube is configured for transferring fluid to the at least one cylinder upon activation of the pump.

    Abstract: A handle assembly includes a drive wire coupled to an expandable end effector, the wire having a diameter of no more than 3 French and a handle cannula receiving the wire therethrough, rotation of the handle cannula transferring torque to rotate the wire. The assembly also includes a shaft receiving the handle cannula, rotation of the shaft transferring torque to rotate the handle cannula. The assembly further includes an actuation assembly receiving the shaft, the actuation assembly coupled to a sheath sized to receive the wire and end effector therethrough, the actuation assembly moveable between a proximal configuration in which the sheath is moved proximally to expand the end effector and a distal configuration in which the sheath is moved distally to retract the end effector, the actuation assembly including a rotation mechanism transferring torque to the shaft to rotate the shaft.
