A shaft may extend through the lumen. The shaft may have a distal end and a proximal end. An end effector may be attached to the distal end of the shaft. A handle may be coupled to the proximal end of the tubular member. The handle may include a base, a first hub member attached to the base, a second hub member coupled to the first hub member, and a cap attached to the second hub member.
