摘要： Systems, methodologies, methods of manufacture, and other embodiments associated with semiconductor/processor module assemblies are described. One exemplary system embodiment includes a bolster plate assembly for a semiconductor module assembly that includes a bolster plate and a leaf spring pre-loaded onto the bolster plate. The example system may also include the leaf spring being releasably attached to the bolster plate and positioned to provide a force in a direction generally away from the bolster plate. The leaf spring can be configured to release from the bolster plate upon attaching the semiconductor module assembly to the bolster plate that causes the leaf spring to exert the force in the direction generally away from the bolster plate and against a semiconductor module assembly.

摘要： A torque limiting fastener includes a fastener body and a fastener head insert configured to fit within the fastener body and to transfer a limited amount of torque to the body. The fastener body has a head with a bore formed therein and having a first set of protrusions. The fastener head insert has a tool interface for accepting a mounting tool and a perimeter edge onto which a second set of protrusions are disposed. A torque applied to the tool interface region will rotate the fastener head insert within the bore and cause the second set of protrusions to engage with the first set of protrusions to transfer torque to the fastener body. If the applied torque exceeds a limiting value, the second set of protrusions will fail to maintain engagement with the first set of protrusions and the fastener head insert will rotate without transferring the excessive torque.

摘要： A cable management device includes a housing having a forward end, a rearward end, a base, opposing sidewalls, and a pair of vertically-spaced cross-members extending laterally within the housing between the sidewalls. A cable interconnecting electronic devices is routed forward and upwardly around the lower cross-member, rearwardly between the cross-members, rearward and upwardly around the upper cross-member and forwardly out of the housing forward end. The segment of cable extended out of the housing forward end may be pushed longitudinally along the segment back into the cable management device for stowage and subsequently extended back out of the device when needed.

摘要： An interconnect system is described herein. The interconnect system includes a module having a signal device and a ground substantially surrounding the signal device; a cable having a cable shielding to electrically couple with the ground, and a cable signal line disposed within the cable shielding to electrically couple with the signal device; and a housing assembly interposed between the module and the cable. The housing assembly includes: (a) an inner housing signal line that electrically couples the cable signal line of the cable with the signal device; and (b) a conductive housing that electrically couples the cable shielding with the ground. The conductive housing substantially surrounds and electrically shields the inner housing signal line. The signal device includes a plurality of signal pins, and the plurality of signal pins electrically couple with a pin receptor of the inner housing signal line of the housing assembly.
