摘要: A radiation detector according to an embodiment includes a scintillator array, a sensor array, electronic circuitry, a switch, and control circuitry. The scintillator array includes a plurality of scintillator pixels each configured to convert radiation into light. The sensor array includes a plurality of detection elements each configured to detect the light. The electronic circuitry is configured to output digital data on the basis of signals output from the detection elements. The switch is provided between the sensor array and the electronic circuitry. The control circuitry is configured to control the switch on the basis of a positional relation between the sensor array and the scintillator array.

摘要: A radiation diagnostic device according to an aspect of the present invention includes a first detector, a second detector, and processing circuitry. The first detector detects Cherenkov light that is generated when radiation passes. The second detector is disposed to be opposed to the first detector on a side distant from a generation source of the radiation, and detects energy information of the radiation. The processing circuitry specifies Compton scattering events detected by the second detector, and determines an event corresponding to an incident channel among the specified Compton scattering events based on a detection result obtained by the first detector.

摘要: A radiation detector according to an embodiment includes: a cathode electrode, a plurality of anode electrodes, a crystal, an anti-scatter grid, and a conductive part. The cathode electrode is provided on the radiation incident side. The plurality of anode electrodes are arranged so as to oppose the cathode electrode. The crystal is provided between the cathode electrode and the plurality of anode electrodes and configured to convert incident radiation into electrons. The conductive part is provided between the plurality of anode electrodes and has a conductivity higher than that of the crystal. The anti-scatter grid is provided on the radiation incident side of the cathode electrode so as to oppose the conductive part via the crystal, while being arranged in a first direction.

摘要: According to an embodiment, a radiation measuring apparatus includes a detector, comparators, a threshold controller, counters, and a generator. The detector includes plural detecting elements each configured to convert energy of incident radiation into a first electrical signal. The comparators correspond to the respective detecting elements, each comparator being configured to output a second electrical signal when a level of the corresponding first electrical signal is not less than a threshold. The threshold controller is configured to supply a first value as the threshold to the respective comparators at a first time, and supply a second value as the threshold to the respective comparators at a second time. The counters correspond to the respective comparators, each counter being configured to count the corresponding second electrical signal. The generator is configured to generate a pulse height frequency distribution of the radiation by using counts of the counters.

The first filter is configured to shape a spectrum of the X-rays. The second filter is configured to generate X-ray fluorescence on the basis of X-rays related to a spectrum resulting from the shaping by the first filter.
